I ordered an arrangement from Thistle Florist for my daughter’s birthday and it was absolutely gorgeous! It was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Fresh flowers and beautifully arranged. I'm so happy to have a reliable florist I can trust and count on in San Diego!

This isn't a review about flowers. I'm absolutely confident Thistle Floral made a beautiful arrangement for a family member's birthday. But my family never saw those flowers. This is a story about customer service. Sadly, my recipient never got the arrangement I sent. They'd been in San Diego on vacation celebrating a birthday. I thought, "Great, the flowers will arrive at their rental home!" Except I wrote down the wrong dates, and the flowers – which showed up exactly at the time for which they were ordered – missed my family by two hours. They were already on a plane home. Womp womp. What I appreciate so much is that Melanie immediately reached out to inform me of the issue. They very easily could have left the flowers at the door and said "Delivered." But they got the details from someone on site and made sure I knew. Then Melanie offered me a partial refund, despite this being wholly my error. I don't live in San Diego, but if I did Thistle Garden would be a regular part of my life for their customer service and graciousness. Thank you to Melanie and the team who handled my order.

Melanie at Thistle Floral created the most incredible wedding bouquet for me, and I honestly couldn’t have imagined one more perfect. It was made of succulents so that I could plant them after, and it turned out even more beautiful than I anticipated! Not only was the bouquet stunning on my wedding day, but now the succulents are growing in a planter that I get to see every day. It’s such a special, living reminder of our wedding. I love watching them grow! Thank you so much Melanie for creating something beautiful that continues to bring me happiness long after the wedding 💚

I used Thistle Floral for a beautiful bouquet of roses as a gift to my fiancée when I proposed to her (conveniently delivered the morning after, she was so surprised!). I loved the service so we rebooked with them for our bouquet and boutonnière for our wedding! We loved the flowers. Professional delivery and tasteful arrangements, and a good price.

Beautiful floral arrangement from Thistle Garden! Had these delivered for a friend’s birthday and she was in awe of how beautiful they were. The customer service is incredible as well and they reached out to me, and worked with me on delivery. Also, for how stunning the arrangements are, I found that the price was more than worth it. I look forward to ordering flowers from them in the future and would 10/10 recommend!
